Offering Our Staff More
We recently undertook an exercise to evaluate ‘What will make us the leading supplier of Nursing & Care Staff in the region” and it’s no surprise that every chain of thought ended with ‘Our Staff!’ (meaning you of course). So in order to strengthen our position with our clients we feel it paramount to strengthen how we work and reward you.
Heard it all before? I bet you’ve never had this before! (Or if you have then we are happy to copy a great idea!)

Loyalty Points
For every shift you will receive loyalty points, just like when you shop with many high street retailers. As your points accumulate you gain access to rewards designed to say ‘Thank you’, to acknowledge how tough your job is and to demonstrate how important you are to us. Unlike some reward schemes that require a huge number of points to buy half of a pair of shoes, we’ve teamed up with several top providers of red letter days, weekend breaks, DVD’s, gadgets, books and our personal favourite, wine importers!

Example 1 - Wine! Red, White or Rose
375 points is a full week of 37.5 hours. In theory you could treat yourself to a bottle of wine at the end of a tough week, every week! Although we promote responsible drinking. Now the wine isn’t a £600 bottle of something only seen in swanky wine bars (we wish), but you’ll have access to a great selection of fresh, uplifting flavours. Please note this reward is only available to those of legal drinking age and will be moderated! Hands off the Jacobs Creek! It’s mine! |

Example 2 - Books & DVD’s
If wine isn’t your preference then how about a DVD to flesh out your collection? ‘The A-Team Season 1’? The terrifying ‘The Descent’? or perhaps the ‘It Could Happen To You / My Best Friend's Wedding / Sleepless In Seattle’ box set (3 discs)?! For the book worms among us, how about a popular title from Dan Brown, writer of ‘The Da Vinci Code’ and the excellent ‘Angels & Demons’ or a fantastic title from Cecelia Ahern to keep you guessing to the end! |

Example 3 - 2 x Cinema Tickets
Two tickets of course! Let us know the film, location, date and time you’d like to go and they shall be yours. Every two weeks you could take a partner, child or friend to the movies. Quite a nice routine to develop we think? |

Example 4 - Weekend Break!
For roughly a month of full time work you can treat yourself to a weekend break in one of the several coastal or woodlands retreats we are partnering with. While we can’t afford to pay for your ‘+1’ this effectively reduces the cost of a holiday by 50% for two people or of course you could save up for 2 months and buy two slots! That’s fine! |
And can we just remind you this is simply a reward for working hours you would work normally. There is no small print, no exclusions, no catch. It’s our way of saying thank you and of course happy staff equals happy clients. See where we’re going with this?
