- Enhanced CRB: Enhanced CRB form and POVA
- References: 2 references are taken one of which is previous employer. Verbal References are also taken.
- Training: All staff undergoes a 5 day induction training course
- PREP: Trained staff are checked in accordance with the NMC guidelines and all PREP work is checked and verified.
