Key Staff training is committed to raising standards in care and support, delivering a range of training packages to enable care and support staff to achieve NVQ’s.
At the moment 50% of staff on duty must be NVQ Level 2 or above and this percentage is due to change to 70% in the near future. You will increase your chances of employment with additional qualifications under your belt.
